Integer is seeking an Associate Strategy Planning Director to join our agency!

  • Make the creative product better and stronger with thoughtful briefings and thought leadership
  • Collaborate with creative and account leads to deliver work with excellence and identify growth opportunities
  • Apply proprietary strategic models with leadership support
  • Build the reputation of and demand for Planning on your team

The Experience You'll Bring

Required:



  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 6 plus years of experience in marketing or marketing communications, ideally will be within an established Account Planning function.

  • 4 plus years of hands-on experience working with primary, secondary and syndicated data

  • Branding fundamentals.

  • Strong intuitive skills.

  • Ability to conceptualize an integrated marketing mix (advertising, promotion, retail, packaging, digital, media, PR etc.).

  • Ability to inspire creative process.

  • Ability to recognize and develop creative ideas.

  • Excellent professional presentation skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Superlative communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Organized and detail-oriented - (must demonstrate attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects).

  • Solution-oriented.

  • Positive professional team player who takes ownership of tasks and who seeks and accepts other responsibilities.


Preferred:



  • Direct experience with primary research – qualitative and/or quantitative

  • Shopper/customer marketing experience is a plus


 


The following range represents the low and high of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Integer Group in the United States.  Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated responsibilities, and other organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.  Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire: $100k-$110k.
