Integer is seeking a eCommerce Media Manager to join our agency!
 
The eCommerce Media Manager is responsible for planning, implementation, execution, and optimization of retailer paid search activations for clients on eComm sites and platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Kroger, Criteo, CitrusAds, and others.

What You'll Do in This Role

  • Build retailer specific search programs aligned with client goals to maximize product exposure within retailer digital ecosystems
  • Day-to-day management of paid search campaigns on retailer websites, including planning, developing keyword lists, keyword and targeting strategies, implementation, bid management, optimization, testing and reporting performance analysis
  • Partner with internal and client teams to provide best in class connected commerce capabilities (retail media, shopper marketing, operations, content, analytics, etc.).
  • Manage campaigns to meet and exceed a wide range of specified performance goals such as advertising efficiency, profitability, growth, new product launches, and more.
  • Continually assess real-time digital performance to resolve what is/isn’t working, using data, analytics, and insights to continuously optimize for efficient performance, delivering aligned success metrics
  • Report on campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and optimizations to ensure continuous feedback to clients and larger internal team
  • Outline clear measurement agendas with ability to communicate the outcomes with a continuous focus on optimization and spend efficiency
  • Ensure client budgets are properly paced, met, and not exceeded.
  • Remain at the forefront of the retail media industry, helping to define best practices, identify new opportunities, and actively contribute to our body of knowledge and expertise across the company.
  • Help guide development of retailer paid search services and drive growth of this practice, partnering with business development and account teams to pitch and win new business.
  • Support various teams with proactive thought leadership and content to help internal training and capability development.

The Experience You'll Bring

  • At least 3-5 years of retail paid search experience across one or more eComm platforms
  • Demonstrable expertise across all aspects of retailer paid search with the ability to set up and run campaigns with little supervision.
  • Experience with retail media platforms (Amazon, Walmart Connect, Criteo, etc..) with the ability to communicate the value of a full-funnel media approach to clients.
  • Skilled at planning and managing enterprise level client engagements and budgets.
  • Experience with at least one or more tech providers such as Pacvue or Skai, etc.
  • Proven track record of flawless execution, driving growth, client retention, and exceeding various stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to engage with clients in, for example, campaign strategy setting discussions, weekly performance calls, campaign reviews, etc.
  • Clear and concise communicator with the ability to create and present compelling performance narratives across a wide set of data.
  • Deep understanding of retail readiness as well as additional paid and organic drivers of success (operations, promotions, content, programmatic, off-platform media, etc.)
  • Ability to assist in writing campaign strategy documents and a post-campaign analysis.
  • Able to work in an agile environment. Able and comfortable dealing with ambiguity to make decisions and act for the betterment of our clients.

  • Individual must also maintain an extreme level of confidentiality in dealing with all information that flows through the office.

Bonus experience (nice to have):

  • Direct, hands-on experience with planning, creating, managing, and measuring programmatic retail media campaigns (WMT DSP, Kroger/KPM, Target/Roundel, etc.).
  • Understanding of how to plan and measure off-platform media activations driving to eComm sites.
  • Experience with planning and executing Shopper Marketing programs and/or coordinating with Shopper Marketing teams.
  • Working or advanced knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud and other various data clean rooms.

 

The following range represents the low and high of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Integer Group in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated responsibilities, and other organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire: $65K-$80K.
