Integer is seeking an Account Executive to join our agency!


 


We’re looking for an Account Executive who can think fast on their feet, is all about finding new and innovative ways to grow—both for clients and the agency, and is a natural-born collaborator who can work across teams to bring out the best work in everyone.
 

What You'll Do in This Role

Be laser focused on delivery of the work and competitive intelligence through timeline and asset management, project direction, budget/hours management and effective communication throughout the team, as well as with clients. Own day-to-day project management responsibility for all assigned accounts and/or projects. Gain bragging rights about working at a “Growth Company” that’s not only focused on client growth, but also toward the growth of its employees and communities.

The Experience You'll Bring


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in related field

  • 1-2 years of professional service experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment

  • Beauty and/or CPG experience preferred

  • Digital marketing channel experience preferred: paid media (search & social), web content/design, email

  • Ability to come up with “what if” scenarios and tests/learns/optimizes

  • In-store/signage experience preferred

  • Experience with Fortune 500, service/retail, ecommerce and B2B and B2C preferred

  • Familiarity with media preferred

  • Eagerness to participate in agency training

  • Flexibility to work extra hours with little or no advance notification

  • Ability to travel as needed

The following range represents the low and high of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of The Integer Group in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated responsibilities, and other organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire: $50K.
